Andreas Kubach (Frankfurt, 1971) is a distinguished German-Spanish wine producer and entrepreneur whose career spans over two decades. He co-founded Peninsula Vinicultores, a Madrid-based company dedicated to managing vineyards and wineries across Spain with a focus on authenticity and sustainability. The estates under his stewardship include Bideona in Rioja Alavesa and Fontana Bodegas & Viñedos in Castile - La Mancha .

Born to German parents, Andreas has lived in Spain since his youth, becoming fluent in Spanish, English, German, French, and Portuguese. His academic background includes degrees in Business Administration from ICADE and the German business school ESB.

In 2017, Andreas achieved the prestigious title of Master of Wine, joining an elite group of professionals recognized for their expertise in the global wine industry. His research paper, which examined long-term contracts with grape suppliers in Ribera del Duero, contributed to his esteemed qualification.

Throughout his career, Andreas has managed both small luxury estates and large, volume-oriented wine companies, gaining comprehensive experience in production, quality management, sales, and marketing. This diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the international wine business. Prior to founding Peninsula Vinicultores, he established Vinista, a consultancy specializing in business development and turnaround management for the wine industry. He has also held significant roles, including managing director of Pagos Marqués de Griñón and the Swiss Schenk Group.
