SPAIN FUSION ZURICH 2025

SPAIN FUSION is a proposal to discover the Spanish pantry and the gastronomic richness of Spain through the experience of our best chefs around the Spanish gastronomic product.

The event, that will take place on the 16th of June in the Hotel Park Hyatt in Zurich, will bring together Spanish companies seeking distribution and Swiss importers and distributors, fostering stronger commercial ties and facilitating new business opportunities. It will follow a showroom format, where each exhibitor will have an individual table to present their products.

SPAIN FUSION is the professional meeting point for the presentation, in-depth study and training of Spanish gastronomy and products with distributors, retailers, media, merchants, hoteliers, F&B directors, hospitality managers, buyers and influencers.

Because Spain Fusion is precisely about fusing concepts and content through unique pairings, both of the products themselves and combinations of the talent of the most renowned chefs (from here and there), always based on Spanish gastronomy.

It is a 100% immersive experience: to generate passion for the destination, culture, gastronomy and Spanish products in a novel, interactive and attractive format.

We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs such as Álvaro Salazar (Rest. Voro**, Mallorca. Balearic Islands, Spain), Vicky Sevilla (Rest. Arrels**, Sagunto. Valencia, Spain), Sara Peral (Rest. OSA*, Madrid, Spain) and Juan Carlos García (Vandelvira Restaurant*, Baeza, Jaén, Spain). (The rapporteurs to be confirmed).

The Master of wine Fernando Mora, Food Fetishist Alfonso Fernández Hans culinary expert Georg Hildebrandt and other Swiss and Spanish experts on Spanish gastronomic products will be among those taking part.
