White grapes approved: Baladí Verdejo (or Jaén Blanco) and Pedro Ximénez.
Red grapes approved: Garnacha Tinta, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Maximum crop: 10,000 kg/ha for red grapes and 12,000 kg/ha for white grapes.
