White grapes approved:
Recommended: Airén, Merseguera, Moscatel de Alejandría, Pedro Ximénez, Verdil, Viura (or Macabeo)
Authorized: Chardonnay, Malvasía, Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Sauvignon Blanc, Forcallat Blanca and Viognier.
Red grapes approved:
Recommended: Garnacha Tinta, Monastrell, Tempranillo (or Cencibel.)
Authorized: Bonicaire, Cabernet Sauvignon, Forcallat Tinta, Garnacha Tintorera, Merlot, Moravia Dulce (or Crujidera), Petit Verdot and Syrah.
Maximum Crop, dry farming:
- 7,000 kg/ha for whites (52 hl).
- 6,000 kg/ha for reds (44,5 Hls).
Maximum Crop, irrigated land:
- 10,000 kg/ha for whites (74 Hls).
