Spanish Food & Beverage Open Day Australia 2025

ICEX/Foods and Wines from Spain, through the Economic and Trade Commission of Spain in Sydney, and Alimentos de España are organising the second edition of 'Spanish Food & Beverage Open Day Australia 2025: A Journey through the flavours of Spain' as part of the Spain Food Nation campaign.

Building on the success of the inaugural edition, the Open Day Australia 2025 aims to become the leading event in Australia for promoting Spanish gastronomy. It will serve as a gathering point for Australian importers who currently feature Spanish products in their catalogues (as exhibitors) and experts in the industry, with purchasing capacity or influence (as guests), including restaurants, sommeliers, specialised retailers and wholesalers, agents, and press.

To further support industry professionals, the event is designed as an educational initiative, providing them with the necessary knowledge to accurately inform the final consumer. Exhibitors of Spanish food, wines, and other beverages will have the opportunity to showcase their products, complemented by tastings, seminars, and masterclasses focused on Spanish specialties. This combination creates a comprehensive experience that highlights the quality and diversity of Spain’s gastronomic culture.

This event will take place on the 30th of June (Monday), in Sydney, with the venue yet to be confirmed.

Participation is open exclusively to Australian companies. Spanish companies can take part through their local importer, distributor, or legally established subsidiary.
